We'll walk you through the exact numbers on a 20-minute call. Not because we're hiding them — because the right tier depends on your firm, and we'd rather get it right than guess.
If it doesn't save your team time in the first 30 days, the setup fee comes back.
Not the first month's fee — that covers provisioning and hosting, and it's earned on delivery. But the setup fee is refundable for 30 days from go-live. If it hasn't saved you time, you get it back, the service stops, and the instance is deleted.
And if you pause? The instance is snapshotted and held for six months. No charge. No billing. Reactivate when you're ready.
We'd rather have a client who stayed because it worked than a client who paid because they forgot to cancel.
